As the main Contractors for the planning and delivery of both the annual Scottish Game Fair at Scone Palace and the Highland Field Sports Fair at Moy, Inverness, we are exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable in undertaking the organisation of any type of Country Fair, Agricultural Show, Equine event or indeed any similar outdoor event.
We have a proven excellent track record in terms of contractors and infrastructure procurement, site planning and management, provision of site staff, all aspects of site safety, engagement with trade stand holders and entertainment providers, we can also provide full event administration.
Event Licensing is a fundamental necessity and we have the required knowledge and experience to liaise with Local Authorities, the ‘Blue Light’ services and other Statutory Bodies to ensure that all the crucial legal requirements are in place for events.
We can also assist with traffic management and car parking which are key aspects of any public event and can prepare onsite and offsite Traffic Management Plans in liaison with the relevant authorities.
Security at events is another aspect of event delivery which we have great experience of and we work with an excellent security company to plan and deliver this according to event requirements.

The GWCT Scottish Game Fair
Strathmore Event Services Ltd (SES) is delighted to have played a pivotal role in the planning, preparation and delivery of the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Scottish Game Fair for the last 3 years.
This annual event attracts around 30,000 visitors over a 3 day period in June/July and add this to the near 500 Traders, various Activity Providers, Main Ring and other events around the site, requires SES to deliver detailed Site planning, developing efficient working arrangements with numerous Contractors/Staff/Volunteers, providing a safe environment pre, during and post event for all on site and ensuring that overall, visitors to this iconic event thoroughly enjoy their visit to the Fair.
Highland Field Sports Fair
2019 will be the third consecutive year that Strathmore Event Services Ltd (SES) has been contracted to deliver the planning, delivery and management of the Highland Field Sports Fair (HFSF) based at Moy, near to Inverness.
This two day event attracts an annual attendance of between 7,000 and 10,000 visitors and offers a wide variety of Field Sports, visitor activities, a programme of Main Ring Events and numerous Trade Stands offering a great selection of products. To ensure a great visitor experience, there are also various food offerings available as well as a Licensed Bar area.
To ensure all of this is delivered to the high standard required by the Event Committee, means that SES‘s planning of the event begins several months in advance and involves detailed discussions with the Committee, Traders, Activity Providers and those providing other Visitor services on site.
